You can permanently delete your Report Shield account and associated data at any time, directly from the app.
This action is immediate and irreversible. Your session ends automatically once deletion completes.
Account deletion is currently available in the mobile app only. If you signed up through the web app, email support@reportshield.app from your registered email address and we will process the deletion manually within 5 business days.

| Account profile | Email, full name, badge/PTB number, department, and all profile fields are permanently deleted |
| Login credentials | Your authentication record is permanently deleted; you will no longer be able to sign in |
| Saved tool results | Any statute lookups, case law, or reports you saved in the app are deleted along with your account |
| Report content | Report Shield does not store report narrative text in its database (see Privacy Policy, Section 2) — there is nothing additional to delete |
| Payment history | Retained by Stripe as required by financial recordkeeping regulations; not accessible to Report Shield after deletion |
No retention period. Account and profile deletion is immediate — we do not hold a grace period or backup copy of deleted account data.
This cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account, subscription access, and saved data cannot be recovered. If you only want to pause access, contact support instead of deleting your account.
